54, 519 NEW CASES which marks a 4719 case increase from the previous day. This forms a slight plateau when factoring in the seven day rolling average and defines a pause in the decline of overall cases.....This also breaks the pattern of a 15 day decline in Daily cases. California affected the reporting greatly, coming it with 11, 945 NEW CASES which is the state's second highest total ever which also marks its second day of very high totals and changes its status to SURGING because it affect's its overall seven day rolling average to going higher and changed its entire curve to an upward shift. 32, 294 NEW cases come from six states: California, Florida, Texas. Georgia, Illinois, and North Carolina. The remaining 44 states account for 22, 225 NEW CASES. DAILY DEATHS came in at 1504 stops its downward trend and causes a plateau based on the seven day rolling average.
