41,576 NEW CASES which marks a 7,509 case INCREASE from the previous day and continues an OVERALL DECLINE of NEW CASES for the past 72 DAYS. THE SEVEN DAY ROLLING AVERAGE continues with a slight increase/continued LEVELING OFF that has occurred for the past two weeks. This has been influenced by three SPIKES that occurred on September 25th, October 03rd, and 04th. As the average moves forward and the 03rd and 05th drop off then the decline in the seven day average should continue unless more spikes appear which would then suggest a deeper issue. ACTIVE CASES in the United States DROPPED again to 33.4% of TOTAL CASES. DAILY DEATHS came in at 423 and continue to DECLINE.
