59,693 NEW CASES which marks a 8,158 CASE INCREASE from the previous day and continues an OVERALL DECLINE OF CASES FOR THE PAST 81 DAYS. The SEVEN DAY ROLLING AVERAGE has been TRENDING UPWARD FOR EIGHT DAYS NOW and with the higher cases posted yesterday the OVERALL DECLINE OF NEW CASES is now being threatened. It has now gone beyond merely a THREE DAY SURGE from October 08th to October 10th and is now developed into an UPWARD TREND increasing the AVERAGE DAILY CASES TO over 53,000 cases now. The next three or four days of reporting will be critical to see where the trend goes from here. TOTAL ACTIVE CASES in the United States DECREASED AGAIN to 32.5% which offers some good news. DAILY DEATHS came in at 970 and continue to decrease. AVERAGE DAILY DEATHS are now at 723.
