78,009 NEW CASES which is a new high but the GOOD NEWS is that we are still at plateau because of the previous 12 out of 16 days of consistent figures. The next two or three days will give a clearer answer if the plateau has been broken either by going upward or downward;maybe even staying the same. DAILY DEATHS remain low at 1141. 42,112 of the NEW CASES come from just 6 states: California, Texas, Florida, Arizona, Georgia, and North Carolina. The remaining 44 states account for 35,897 new cases.
