CORONA VIRUS UPDATE MAY 22ND 2020
28,179 NEW CASES which breaks current trends but is led only by a few
states that had recent upticks of activity which include Illinois,
Massachusetts, California, Texas, and Maryland. Some of those listed are
becoming frequent fliers breaking the downward trend and skewing the
numbers a little bit. This might be a reaction to the lifting of
restrictions in some of these states but we will not be able to conclude
if this is going to be an adjustment that is going to stay for
several
days or if it is just an outlier. The amount of deaths is settling down
(1418) and did not increase despite the increase in cases.
