A REFLECTION ON THE FAMILY

The Christmas Season is not only designed for us to celebrate the birth of our Savior but to also celebrate everything about us that makes us Christians. We are reminded through the Solemnities of Saint Stephen the Martyr and The Holy Innocents that we too will face persecution for our beliefs; there will be times of trial and sadness but through our faith we will be able to overcome these. The Solemnity of John the Apostle and Evangelist encourages us to always keep the Love of God in our hearts, mind, and soul while spreading the Good News to all those who we encounter. Our faith experience has been further molded by the Solemnity of the Holy Family where the virtues of Mary, Joseph, and Jesus Christ are raised up and put on display so that we may all join ourselves to them in our family relationships and values. From here we continue on through the Octave of Christmas in joy, love, and happiness.

As human beings, we tend to formulate expectations of what we are going to encounter in the future. Repeatedly, we find ourselves replaying upcoming scenerios through our minds attempting to create a perfect vision that we can be satisfied with. Unfortunately, these notions are rarely fulfilled the way we wanted them to be and we are then left with disappointment and anxiety. Our challenge is not do look to the future this way but remain in the present comforted with the fact that God is with us. Whatever we encounter can be overcome with complete trust in God. Whatever changes we experience, be it good or bad, can be for the better.

I went into this Christmas Season with a complete design and expectation of what it was going to be. I had charted my course and had my checklist. It was approached as one would be doing a project. I analyzed all of my tasks and plans. Each day was going to have its obligations and duties. The object was to finish each to the satisfaction level that I expected to reach. There wasn't a lot of spirituality to this approach. Everything was planned out as if it was a job. Early on, I learned that this just wasn't meant to be.

Two days before Christmas everything spiraled out of control. I never expected to be confronted with what I was facing. I was brought from the highest elation to a very low point within minutes. I find myself in crisis. What happened isn't as important as the spiritual lesson I learned. Jesus tells us in Matthew not to worry about tomorrow but to focus on the present. In both circumstances God will take care of us. No amount of planning and no amount of preparation can shield us from a world that is orientated away from God. There will always be trials and circumstances that will challenge us. We just need to accept these and be confident that God ultimately protect us if we surrender everything to him. The situation I now faced was definitely one of these things and I finally surrendered it over to him.

When I surrendered to God it all came into balance. A sort of peace settled over me and I then accepted that I had a situation which I could not handle alone. This did not happen instantaneously but it came gradually with prayer and meditation. Slowly, things fell into place. The anxiety left and there was a numbness which replaced it. It was a good feeling. I was being comforted. With that, I was then prepared to enjoy time with my family and friends. This was time that I did not have before. I watched my children laugh and enjoy their time together. I felt proud to be their father and was proud to be a husband. I reflected on the Holy Family and saw their relationship in context with my family. Their was beauty in the exercise. I felt happy, thankful, and relieved. The situation was still before me but it was now put into perspective with all that was good in my life. My children were healthy, my friends were around me, and God was on my side. What more could I ask for?

I had to drive a friend to Gloucester early one morning this week. I looked at the stars with a new appreciation and asked myself: when was the last time I gazed into a beautiful night sky by the ocean and thanked God for everything? When was the last time I recognized the amazing beauty in his creation. What I saw days earlier as a crisis I now saw as a gift. The situation would be resolved but, in the meantime, I was just given an opportunity to appreciate all of God's gifts to me this wonderful season.

All of us should enjoy this Christmas Season to the fullest. Thank God for everything that is good and accept everything that is bad with the confidence that He will help us overcome it. He will never abandon us.

UNA REFLEXIÓN SOBRE LA FAMILIA

 La temporada de Navidad , no sólo está diseñado para que celebremos el nacimiento de nuestro Salvador, sino también para celebrar todo acerca de nosotros que nos hace cristianos . Se nos recuerda a través de las solemnidades de san Esteban, el mártir y Los Santos Inocentes que también nosotros enfrentaremos persecución por nuestras creencias , habrá momentos de prueba y de tristeza, pero a través de nuestra fe seremos capaces de superarlos. La Solemnidad de San Juan Apóstol y Evangelista nos anima a mantener siempre el amor de Dios en nuestro corazón , mente, y alma , mientras que la difusión de la Buena Nueva a todos los que nos encontramos . Nuestra experiencia de fe se ha moldeado más por la solemnidad de la Sagrada Familia , donde las virtudes de María, José y Jesucristo son levantados y puestos en exhibición para que todos podamos unirnos a ellos en nuestras relaciones y los valores familiares. Desde aquí continuamos a través de la octava de Navidad en la alegría , el amor y la felicidad.

Como seres humanos , tenemos la tendencia a formular las expectativas de lo que vamos a encontrar en el futuro. En repetidas ocasiones, nos encontramos repitiendo los scenerios próximos a través de nuestras mentes tratando de crear una visión perfecta que podemos estar satisfechos. Por desgracia , estas nociones son raramente cumplidas de la manera que queríamos que fueran y estamos luego a la izquierda por la decepción y la ansiedad. Nuestro reto no es no mirar hacia el futuro de esta manera , pero permanecen en la presente consolado con el hecho de que Dios está con nosotros. Lo que nos encontramos se puede superar con plena confianza en Dios . Independientemente de los cambios que experimentamos , ya sea bueno o malo, puede ser para mejor.

Entré en esta temporada de Navidad con un diseño completo y la expectativa de lo que iba a ser. Yo había trazado mi curso y tenía mi lista de verificación. Se plantea como uno podría estar haciendo un proyecto. Analicé todas mis tareas y planes. Cada día iba a tener sus obligaciones y deberes. El objetivo era terminar cada uno para el nivel de satisfacción que esperaba alcanzar. No había una gran cantidad de la espiritualidad a este enfoque. Todo estaba planeado como si fuera un trabajo. Al principio, me enteré de que esto no estaba destinado a ser .

Dos días antes de Navidad todo se salió de control. Nunca esperé ser confrontado con lo que me estaba enfrentando . Me trajeron desde la más alta euforia a un punto muy bajo en cuestión de minutos . Me encuentro en crisis. Lo que sucedió no es tan importante como la lección espiritual que aprendí. Jesús nos dice en Mateo que no se preocupe por el mañana , sino centrarse en el presente. En ambas circunstancias, Dios cuidará de nosotros . Ninguna cantidad de planificación y ninguna cantidad de preparación que nos puede proteger de un mundo que está orientada lejos de Dios. Siempre habrá pruebas y circunstancias que nos pondrán a prueba . Sólo tenemos que aceptar esto y tener la confianza de que Dios en última instancia, a protegernos si nos rendimos todo para él. La situación que enfrentan ahora es sin duda uno de estas cosas y al final me lo entregó a él.

Cuando me entregué a Dios todo salió al equilibrio. Una especie de paz se apoderó de mí y luego acepté que tenía una situación que no podía manejar solo. Esto no sucedió instantáneamente, sino que poco a poco llegó con la oración y la meditación. Poco a poco , las cosas cayeron en su lugar . La ansiedad se fue y hubo un adormecimiento que lo sustituyó . Fue una buena sensación. Que estaba siendo consolada . Con eso, yo estaba entonces preparado para disfrutar del tiempo con mi familia y amigos. Este era el momento que no tenía antes. Vi a mis hijos reír y disfrutar de su tiempo juntos. Me sentí orgulloso de ser su padre y estaba orgulloso de ser un marido. Reflexioné sobre la Sagrada Familia y vi su relación en el contexto de mi familia. Su era la belleza en el ejercicio . Me sentía feliz , agradecido y aliviado. La situación era aún delante de mí , pero ahora se pone en perspectiva con todo lo que era bueno en mi vida . Mis hijos estaban sanos , mis amigos estaban a mi alrededor, y Dios estaba de mi lado. ¿Qué más puedo pedir?

Tuve que conducir a un amigo a Gloucester temprano una mañana de esta semana . Miré a las estrellas con un nuevo aprecio y me pregunté : ¿cuándo fue la última vez que miré a un hermoso cielo de la noche por el océano y le di gracias a Dios por todo ? ¿Cuándo fue la última vez que me di cuenta de la increíble belleza de su creación. GOD'S ETERNAL LOVE

God's Love is everywhere and in everything. This is his creation and we are his children. With the lighting of the fourth candle which represents his love I wanted to share some experiences which demonstrate how all of us can be sharers in this love and how it can become a transforming experience. These experiences define all of us as Christians and display how through our interactions the Kingdom of God is revealed to the world.

There is a girl named Jessica. She has three beautiful children; one who is severely disabled. Her husband abandoned her and she soon found herself homeless. The State of Massachusetts set her up in a hotel room. She is unable to work because of her disabled child and she barely gets by with state assistance. Every morning she walks across the street from the hotel to get an ice coffee to start her day. She pushes her disabled child in an old stroller. The clothes she wears are clean but old. She can usually be found in sweat pants and a sweat shirt. Her hair is straight and put up in a ponytail. She looks to the ground and makes no eye contact with anyone. There is a strength about her; as if she is driven by her situation.

Every morning there is another person who goes to the same store for his coffee. He noticed Jessica several weeks before and asked the store manager about her. The store manager told him the story and he was moved by it. He asked the manager what Jessica was doing for Christmas and the answer was nothing. The man was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Christ was a very important part of his life. He decided to act.

He contacted his friends in the Knights and asked them all to contribute what they could. Together over $500.00 was raised and a new stroller was also acquired.

One night, the man and some of his friends drove to the hotel and knocked on the door. They introduced themselves, gave her the stroller and the money. They then wished her a Merry Christmas. One of the friends also invited her over his home for Christmas Dinner. Jessica started to cry. She couldn't believe what was happening. The children jumped up and down shouting with joy. Christ was revealed through the actions and love of these men for a woman and her children that they didn't even know.

There was another family who had come upon hard times. The father was in the hospital and there was no money for Christmas. A woman at the church who knew them made some phone calls. She found a bed frame and purchased a new mattress for it. She called her friends to help her pick up the bed frame. It came from the house of another person from the same church. They then drove to a different person's house who gave them a new recliner and brass lamp. Meanwhile, someone else provided food for Christmas Dinner. The children will also be receiving Christmas Presents.

These stories and actions display how the love of God can transform lives. We are all encouraged to always examine our interactions and relationships with Christ in our thoughts. Jessica and the other family could have easily been forgotten during this season if those who decided to help ignored them instead. It was Christ who called all of those people to action and they responded with love and charity. Every action, regardless how small, has the capability to change someone's life for the better. We should always be attentive and aware of what is happening around us.

It is so easy to live our lives selfishly, putting our needs and wants first and foremost. Christ does not want us to do that. Just like he offered himself up for our salvation we are encouraged to follow his example by conducting ourselves the same way. We can offer ourselves to the world for the salvation and care of all. No one needs to suffer or experience hardship. We all have the capability of offering Hope, Joy, and Love through the example of Jesus Christ. We just need to surrender ourselves to his will and respond to his call. Through selfless acts of love our own lives will be fulfilled and transformed through Christ.

It is the Christian experience and message.

AMOR ETERNO DE DIOS

El amor de Dios está en todas partes y en todo. Esta es su creación y nosotros somos sus hijos. Con el encendido de la cuarta vela que representa su amor que quería compartir algunas experiencias que demuestran cómo todos nosotros podemos ser partícipes de este amor y de cómo puede llegar a ser una experiencia transformadora . Hay una chica llamada Jessica . Ella tiene tres hermosos hijos , uno que está deshabilitado severamente . Su marido la abandonó y ella pronto se encontró sin hogar. El Estado de Massachusetts la instaló en una habitación de hotel. Ella no puede trabajar a causa de su hijo con discapacidad y apenas se las arregla con la ayuda del Estado . Todas las mañanas se camina por la calle desde el hotel para obtener un café con hielo para empezar su día . Ella empuja a su hijo discapacitado en una vieja silla de paseo. Es tan fácil de vivir nuestras vidas de manera egoísta , poniendo nuestras necesidades y deseos en primer lugar. Cristo no quiere que hagamos eso . Al igual que él se ofreció a sí mismo por nuestra salvación se nos anima a seguir su ejemplo mediante la realización de nosotros mismos de la misma manera . Podemos ofrecer ante el mundo por la salvación y la atención de todos. Nadie tiene que sufrir o experimentar dificultades. Todos tenemos la capacidad de ofrecer esperanza, alegría y amor a través del ejemplo de Jesucristo . Sólo tenemos que rendirnos a su voluntad y responder a su llamada. A través de actos desinteresados ​​de amor se cumplirán y se transforman a través de Cristo nuestras propias vidas.

JOY IN OUR LIVES

We have entered into the Third Week of Advent. What a wonderful journey we have had together so far. The special moments we have shared with our family friends together in Jesus Christ must be emphasized above any of the pain or anxieties we might be feeling this season. For the negative is temporary while the good through God is eternal. In our fallen nature we tend to concentrate on the bad while ignoring the good. As Christians we must overcome this by bringing ourselves closer to God through our actions and state of mind. We need to train ourselves to embrace all that is good and beautiful while rejecting the negative. There is nothing that can be gained by dwelling on the challenges that we might be involved in when the only solution to these calamities is surrendering them over to God.

Good will always triumph over evil. We have to acknowledge this and trust completely in God who is our protector. This is why our Christian Community is so important. We are taught that no one should face adversity alone. It is only through unity and fraternity that we will triumph and be victorious. Through the Christian Family we can actually experience joy while encountering crisis. We can acknowledge the presence of crisis while not being overburdened by it. Jesus tells us in Mathew: “Do not worry about tomorrow; tomorrow will take care of itself. Sufficient for a day is its own evil.” We need to take these words as comfort and a promise that whatever we face we will overcome it if we only have trust in God. If we truly believe this, and as Christians we must, then we should concentrate on the joy and wonderment that this life of ours entails.

Every moment that we spend with our family and friends must be a celebration of love and a celebration of God's creation. He has given us an opportunity to enjoy this life with him by simply being united with him. If we lose focus of this fact we are then in danger of being lost again. We cannot embrace sin and God at the same time. For God did not create sin. We did by our actions and choices. To overcome this propensity to sin and making the wrong choices we must make the choice to walk with God. If fact, instead of walking to and with God we should be running to him!

Take a moment to contemplate. What can we be truly thankful and joyous about in our lives. Dismiss all of the bad and ugly things that we feel define ourselves and just concentrate on the good however small we may feel it to be. We can then take that small joy and expand it to make it a greater presence in our lives rather than making the evil things greater than they are. We must understand that evil is never greater than good. Evil never triumphs over good only if we permit it to do so. We do indeed have that much control over our lives as long as we acknowledge the ultimate good who is God. Dismiss Satan and invoke the name of Christ our Savior any time we are in danger of losing focus of this fact.

Through Isaiah God told us:

The desert and the parched land will exult;
the steppe will rejoice and bloom.
They will bloom with abundant flowers,
and rejoice with joyful song.
The glory of Lebanon will be given to them,
the splendor of Carmel and Sharon;
they will see the glory of the LORD,
the splendor of our God.

From nothingness and desolation beauty and life will come forth. Even though at times we may be completely lost and forsaken God will bring forth joy and love from us as long as we take the time to nurture the seeds of goodness that are within us and let them grow. We are all good because God created us. We cannot be embarrassed or reject the notion that we are loved and can express that same love that Jesus Christ has for us. All that we have, all that we are, and all that we can do can be recognized through Jesus Christ.

                                                       ALEGRÍA EN NUESTRAS VIDAS

Hemos entrado en la tercera semana de Adviento . ¡Qué maravilloso viaje que hemos tenido juntos hasta ahora. Los momentos especiales que hemos compartido con nuestros amigos de la familia juntos en Jesucristo hay que destacar por encima de cualquier parte del dolor o la ansiedad que puede estar sintiendo esta temporada. Para el negativo es temporal, mientras el buen través de Dios es eterno . En nuestra naturaleza caída que tienden a concentrarse en el mal , ignorando el bien . Como cristianos debemos superar esta trayendo a nosotros mismos más cerca de Dios a través de nuestras acciones y estado de ánimo. Tenemos que entrenarnos para abrazar todo lo que es bueno y bello al tiempo que rechaza la negativa. No hay nada que se puede obtener por insistir en los retos que podrían estar involucrados en que la única solución a estas calamidades se rinde ellas en manos de Dios .

El bien siempre triunfará sobre el mal. Tenemos que reconocer esto y confiar completamente en Dios, que es nuestro protector . Es por esto que nuestra comunidad cristiana es tan importante. Se nos enseña que nadie debe enfrentar la adversidad solo. Es sólo a través de la unidad y la fraternidad que vamos a triunfar y ser victorioso. A través de la familia cristiana en realidad podemos experimentar la alegría mientras encontrando crisis. Podemos reconocer la presencia de crisis , mientras que no está sobrecargado por el mismo. Jesús nos dice en Mateo: "No te preocupes por el mañana ; el mañana se preocupará de sí mismo. Suficiente para un día su propio mal. " Tenemos que tomar estas palabras como la comodidad y la promesa de que todo lo que nos enfrentamos vamos a superar si sólo tenemos confianza en Dios. Si realmente creemos esto, y como cristianos debemos , entonces debemos concentrarnos en la alegría y el asombro de que esta vida nuestra entraña .

Cada momento que pasamos con nuestra familia y amigos, ha de ser una celebración de amor y una celebración de la creación de Dios. Él nos ha dado la oportunidad de disfrutar de esta vida con él simplemente estar unidos con él. Si perdemos el foco de este hecho, estamos entonces en peligro de perderse de nuevo. No podemos aceptar el pecado y Dios al mismo tiempo. Porque Dios no creó el pecado. Lo hicimos por nuestras acciones y elecciones. Para superar esta propensión al pecado y tomar las decisiones equivocadas que debemos tomar la decisión de caminar con Dios. Si el hecho, en lugar de caminar hacia y con Dios debemos estar corriendo con él!

Tómese un momento para contemplar. ¿Qué podemos estar verdaderamente agradecidos y alegres acerca de nuestras vidas. Descartar todas las cosas malas y feas que nos parecen definir nosotros mismos y sólo se concentra en el bien por pequeño que podemos sentir que fuera. Entonces podemos tomar esa pequeña alegría y ampliarlo para que sea una mayor presencia en nuestras vidas en lugar de hacer las cosas malas más que ellos. Debemos entender que el mal nunca es mayor que bien. El mal nunca triunfa sobre el bien sólo si permitimos que lo haga . En efecto, tenemos tanto control sobre nuestras vidas , siempre y cuando reconocemos el bien último que es Dios . Descartar Satanás e invocar el nombre de Cristo nuestro Salvador cualquier momento estamos en peligro de perder el foco de este hecho.

A través de Isaías Dios nos dijo :

El desierto y la tierra reseca se alegrarán ;
la estepa se regocijará y florecerá .
Ellos florecerán con abundantes flores ,
y se regocijan con la canción alegre.
La gloria del Líbano le será dada a ellos,
el esplendor del Carmelo y de Sarón ;
ellos verán la gloria de Jehová,
el esplendor de nuestro Dios.

De la nada y desolación belleza y la vida saldrán . A pesar de que a veces podemos estar completamente perdidos y abandonados Dios traerá alegría y el amor de nosotros todo el tiempo que se toma el tiempo para cultivar las semillas de la bondad que están dentro de nosotros y les permiten crecer. A VOICE CRYING OUT IN THE DESERT

MY BROTHERS,

Through Hope and Repentance we are called forward by God to love him and to seek him. We have that hope through our faith that Christ will guide us to salvation and a life of happiness. Through repentance we are strengthened, knowing that we are forgiven for our past sins and have been reborn through our relationship with Jesus Christ. We are encouraged to listen to the call of Saint John the Baptist and follow it out of the desert which we have been wandering in through most of our lives. Christ becomes that oasis that offers us comfort, joy, and love that has been missing for so long. Even though all of us are at different places in our journey we can all envision ourselves in the desert and see it as a challenge to walk through it to Christ. Our relationship with Christ can always be made stronger through examining where we are regarding our faith. We can always do things better and as Christians we must strive to shape and develop ourselves further. The feeling of Christ's love can always increase and abound beyond what we are feeling now. The strengthening of it will never end. The more we respond to it the more it will manifest itself.

Living with Christ and allowing him to guide our actions will bring forward an inner peace and quell the spiritual battle which rages within all of us. What at first appeared to be a fruitless struggle will then be revealed as one that has many more victories than defeat. There will then be more times of peace and contentment. Our spirituality will become more powerful and the evil influences in our lives will be overcome. This is what the knowledge of Christ brings to all who accept him and repent from past ways and past sins. He becomes an ever-present force of power and wisdom which has the capability of defeating any obstacle that is put before us. This is the invitation that Saint John the Baptist presents and what God through Isaiah promises. Through us Christ's light will shine into the world bringing with it warmth, peace, and love. There are no shadows when his light is cast throughout his creation and there will be no shadows in our lives.

When we respond to Christ's call we can then adjoin ourselves to the Sacred Scriptures which becomes not only the Story of Salvation from God but our own story. We can relate our own journey to those who came before us and those yet to come. It becomes a celebration and guide for us all. Through the pages we all become bound together forever united with our God. It feeds us and encourages us. When we become disheartened or weak, we are invited to seek solace through the words of God provided for us. Our minds become oriented towards the wisdom provided and we are invited to seek the answers that for so long have alluded us in this life. All distraction will melt away as the complete and utter truth is slowly revealed to us.

The challenging question to contemplate during this Advent Season is if we are going to ever emerge from the desert. In reality we probably won't. In fact, we should envision ourselves always in the desert journeying towards Christ. As long as our eyes are transfixed on him as the end of our emptiness and desolation, then our surroundings will not matter. We will be separated from the physical and enter a realm of spirituality which will overcome anything that this world can confront us with. We will be strengthened and conditioned to accept all that is defect in this world and enjoy the perfection of God who brought this creation into existence. We will be able to experience the perfect good and then can put it into perspective in comparison to everything else. Instead of the desert ending an understanding of Christ being the oasis takes on a new perspective: In the oasis we find refreshment, encouragement, and strength. We then walk out in the desert again knowing that the oasis is never far from us while we always carry a part of it with us.

With Christ we will always have hope and we will always be forgiven. We are then commanded to spread this same message to all those whom we encounter becoming wellsprings of love and salvation. We must bear healthy and delicious fruit, presenting ourselves as an oasis for others to find there rest in. For Christ is dwelling within us and we must share his presence with others. There is a unifying factor in this vision which cannot be separated as long as everyone acknowledges and acts on this presence. A total reliance on Christ is needed and a total surrendering to his will for all of this to be possible. This all takes a renewed commitment and appreciation which flows forth from this wonderful season we now find ourselves in.

A través de la esperanza y arrepentimiento se nos llama hacia adelante por Dios para amarlo y para buscarlo . Tenemos esa esperanza a través de nuestra fe en que Cristo nos guiará a la salvación y una vida de felicidad . Por medio del arrepentimiento nos fortalecemos , sabiendo que somos perdonados por nuestros pecados pasados ​​y han renacido a través de nuestra relación con Jesucristo . Se nos anima a escuchar la llamada de San Juan Bautista y seguirla en el desierto que hemos estado vagando a través de la mayor parte de nuestras vidas. Cristo llega a ser ese oasis que nos ofrece consuelo, gozo y amor que ha estado ausente durante tanto tiempo. A pesar de que todos estamos en diferentes lugares en nuestro viaje podemos todos imaginamos a nosotros mismos en el desierto y lo vemos como un desafío a caminar a través de él a Cristo. Nuestra relación con Cristo siempre se puede hacer más fuerte a través de examinar dónde estamos con respecto a nuestra fe. Siempre podemos hacer las cosas mejor y como cristianos debemos esforzarnos para dar forma y desarrollarnos aún más . El sentimiento del amor de Cristo siempre se puede crecer y abundar más allá de lo que estamos sintiendo ahora . El fortalecimiento de la misma no tendrá fin. Cuanto más respondemos a ello, más se manifestará .

Vivir con Cristo y lo que le permite orientar nuestras acciones presentará una paz interior y sofocar la batalla espiritual que se libra dentro de todos nosotros . Lo que al principio parecía ser una lucha estéril entonces será revelado como uno que tiene muchas más victorias que la derrota. A continuación tendrá más tiempo de paz y alegría. Nuestra espiritualidad se hará más potente y las malas influencias de nuestra vida serán superadas . Podemos relacionar nuestro propio viaje a aquellos que vinieron antes que nosotros y los que vendrán . Se convierte en una celebración y guía para todos nosotros. A través de las páginas de todos llegamos a ser unidos para siempre unidos a nuestro Dios. Se nos alimenta y nos anima . Cuando llegamos a ser desalentado o débiles, se nos invita a buscar consuelo a través de las palabras de Dios provisto para nosotros . Nuestras mentes se orientan hacia la sabiduría proporcionada y se nos invita a buscar las respuestas que durante tanto tiempo nos han aludido en esta vida. Toda distracción se derretirá como la verdad total y absoluta se revela poco a poco para nosotros.

La pregunta difícil de contemplar durante este tiempo de Adviento es si vamos a salir nunca del desierto. En realidad es probable que no lo hará.
