Texas has fell out of the Top Ten10 as it continues its decline and is planning on opening up its economy again. Massachusetts is definitely LEVELING OFF. which again means ALL TOP TEN STATES, INCLUDING NOW CONNECTICUT, are either LEVELING OFF or declining. This will definitely have an impact on the daily totals. Hopefully by next week we will see daily totals in the low 20 thousands.
