THINGS START TO SETTLE DOWN AGAIN WITH 24, 197 NEW CASES. What was observed yesterday is now being mentioned in the press that there are several HOT SPOTS that are causing the daily count to go a little higher while the rest of the country is declining. These include Illinois, California, Washington D.C and Maryland. Virginia is also showing increasing activity. Massachusetts went below 1000 with 804 new cases. The daily deaths continue to decrease. Yesterday showed 1296 new deaths.
