38, 386 NEW CASES LED BY FIVE STATES NOW: California, Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Arizona. California, Texas, and Florida are posting some big numbers. The total of the five states mentioned equal 20, 152 of the new cases while the remaining 45 states account for 18, 234 which is good overall. The surge in the five states is really really skewing the numbers upward while the total daily deaths continue to go down. The object here now is to observe if these surges are going to decline quickly or continue into an upward trend.
